Each year, we are required to undertake a canvass of every property in the District to update the Register of Electors.

Part of this process is to make a personal visit to properties where there has been no response to two posted forms.

This year we have a number of areas which need canvassers and are therefore looking for anyone who may be interested in helping out with these personal visits.

For information, the following documents are attached:

• List of Parishes without Canvassers
• Application form

If you, or anyone you know would be interested in helping out, please complete and return the attached application form to me by 5pm on Tuesday 3 October.

We have just bought a new printer and are left with inks that are not compatible with the new printer.

The surplus inks are compatible with an Epson 225. 3 x black, 1 yellow, 1 cyan and 1 magenta. The Epson 225 printer/photocopies/scanner works but does not print as well as it used to, however it is still acceptable. If interested please contact Pauline McTear on 861311.
