After a summer of stump grinding we have a surfeit of wood-chipping mulch. Great weed suppressant. Free to a good home. Please help yourselves – it is just inside our driveway, on the left under the yew tree.

Chairman’s Report
Dear All,
Please see attached Kingscote Village Hall Accounts for 2019 kindly prepared by Philip Kendall.
In summary, it is pleasing to see that we have a surplus of income over expenditure during the course of 2019 compared to the previous year where we had a deficit because of the kitchen improvements. There is quite a considerable difference in lighting and heating costs which are attributable to the large electricity bill that we received back in July of 2019 which we contested. Our income for events and activities has remained quite constant though obviously we will see a significant reduction this year due to the lockdown and village hall closure.
Thank you to everybody for continuing to contribute towards the upkeep of this great community asset!
Many thanks
Seema Bowers
