Platinum Jubilee Celebrations – Meeting notes

A Meeting was held at Whiteladies on the 4th May to discuss Jubilee Celebrations for Kingscote and Bagpath.

Arrangements for the Beacon on June 2nd were discussed and are ongoing.

A Bring and Share Tea Party at Whiteladies on Sunday June 5th will start at 3.00pm, with childrens’ entertainment and tea at 4.00pm. (Tea, coffee and squash will be provided). At 5.00pm we will toast the Queen. (Prosecco will be provided).

Steel Appeal will be playing during the afternoon.

Flyers and posters will be circulated with more details in the near future.

Reminder: Jubilee Tea Party Planning Meeting – Wednesday 4 May

To be held Wednesday 4 May at 7.30pm on Jubilee Party site – on site at the Sage’s – Whiteladies, Kingscote.

Please attend to discuss further details.

This is open to everyone, those who came to the first meeting and also to anyone who was unable to make it last month.

Fireworks at Kingscote Barn – 9th May

This is just a quick email to let you know that there will be a PRIVATE fireworks display taking place at The Kingscote Barn on Monday 9th May 2022 at 9.15pm for approximately 10 mins. This will be run by Coates Fireworks.
